Emoji Submissions
The Emoji Submissions module lets members submit their own custom emoji for the server, through a review queue instead of relying on someone with Manage Emojis to add them by hand. Everything is configured from the dashboard's Emoji Submissions page.

On the Dashboard
Settings tab
Authorized roles
Choose which roles are allowed to submit emoji with /emoji submit. Leave this empty to disable
emoji submissions entirely.
Each authorized role gets its own row, which links to a per-role settings page with:
- Verification channel - where new submissions from that role are posted for review.
- Submission limit - the maximum number of emoji a single member with that role can have active at once.
- Remove this role's emojis if the submitter loses the role - an optional toggle to auto-clean up emoji if the member who submitted them no longer holds the role.
Note
If a member holds more than one authorized role, the role settings that apply are the ones for whichever authorized role sits highest in the server's role list (Discord role hierarchy position, not the order roles are listed on this Settings tab) - matching how the bot picks a member's "active" role everywhere else in this module.
Reviewer settings
- Roles to mention on a new submission - who gets pinged in the verification channel when a member submits an emoji.
- Mention on submit - toggles whether that mention happens at all.
Submissions tab
A read-only view of pending and resolved submissions. Approving or rejecting a submission still happens in its verification channel in Discord, not from the dashboard.
